Best way to determine this is to remove one of the stays and measure it. 

Lite Frames:

A 26" frame has 26" stays

A 24" frame has 25" stays

Tactical Frames"

A 26" frame has 26" stays

A 24" frame has 24" stays

A 22" frame has 22" stays

There may be a slight variation as these are cut and sanded by hand. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the frame size you have received.
